These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeskPull desktop application, the deskpull.com website, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by DeskPull LLC ("DeskPull", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, or by creating a DeskPull account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DeskPull is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that connects to your own Amazon Seller Central account and Amazon Advertising account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. Using Amazon's official OAuth authorization, DeskPull downloads your own Amazon reports, on a schedule you set, to your own computer.
Your report data flows directly from Amazon to your device. It does not pass through, and is not stored on, DeskPull's servers. DeskPull never receives your Amazon password or login credentials, and you can revoke DeskPull's access from your Amazon account settings at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
To use most features, you create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you connect an Amazon account, you authorize DeskPull to access that account through Amazon's official APIs solely to retrieve the reports and data you request. You represent and warrant that you own, or are authorized by the account owner to access and retrieve reports from, every Amazon account you connect to DeskPull. This includes any client or third-party accounts you connect under a multi-account plan.
You are responsible for complying with Amazon's applicable terms, policies, and agreements when you use the Service. DeskPull accesses only the data needed to deliver the reports you have scheduled.

DeskPull offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Agency), available on monthly or annual billing. Plan features and prices are described on deskpull.com and may change from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any change to the price of your plan before it takes effect.
Paid plans are sold on a subscription basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle. Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited) is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for all purchases made through the Service. When you buy a paid plan, you are purchasing from Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle's buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to that purchase. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax and VAT. Questions about a payment, invoice, or receipt can be directed to Paddle at paddle.net, or to us at support@deskpull.com.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current paid period and then does not renew, with no further charges. Because Paddle is our merchant of record, refunds are handled by Paddle in line with Paddle's refund policy and any statutory rights that apply to you. Full details, including how cancellations, plan changes, and refunds work, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Free plan is provided at no charge and may have usage limits as described on deskpull.com. We may change or discontinue the Free plan at any time.
The Service, including the DeskPull application, the deskpull.com website, and all related software, text, and design, is owned by DeskPull LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own data, including the reports DeskPull downloads to your device.
Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and related names and logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. DeskPull is an independent product. DeskPull is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Amazon. DeskPull connects to Amazon only through Amazon's official, publicly available APIs and with your authorization.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. The Service depends on Amazon's APIs, which Amazon may change, limit, or discontinue. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or changes in your reports that result from Amazon's systems, your own systems, or your internet connection. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service over time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that report data will be accurate or complete, or that the Service will be available at any particular time. Report content originates from Amazon, and we do not control or guarantee its accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeskPull LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold DeskPull LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your access to any Amazon account you were not authorized to access.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, connect an Amazon account you are not authorized to access, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply to you.
