Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid DeskPull subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our Free plan is provided at no charge, so this policy applies to our paid plans (Pro and Agency).

Merchant of record

DeskPull paid plans are sold through Paddle. Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited) is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for these purchases, and handles all billing, payments, and refunds. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds for DeskPull purchases are handled by Paddle in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can manage your purchase, find your invoices, or contact payment support through Paddle at paddle.net.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt, your DeskPull account billing settings, or Paddle's support at paddle.net. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. When your subscription ends, your paid features and scheduled reports stop running, but your account and settings are not deleted, and you can re-subscribe at any time.

Refunds

Refunds for DeskPull purchases are handled by Paddle, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a full refund, in line with the Consumer Right to Cancel in Paddle's Buyer Terms, subject to the conditions set out in Paddle's Refund Policy. Wherever you live, you may also be eligible for a refund under Paddle's Refund Policy and under any statutory rights that apply in your country, and Paddle applies the level of consumer protection required by the laws of your country.

To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net and choose the refund option, or contact us at support@deskpull.com from the email address used for your purchase and we will help, including raising the request with Paddle for you. Please include your order or receipt details so we can find your purchase quickly.

Changing your plan

You can change your plan at any time. When you switch between monthly and annual billing, Paddle calculates any prorated amount due. If you move to a lower-priced plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Plan changes and any related credits are handled by Paddle.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle automatically retries it over roughly two to three weeks before canceling the subscription. If payment is not completed in that time, your subscription is canceled. During a period of non-payment, access to some features may be limited until your payment details are updated.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you greater rights than this policy or Paddle's Refund Policy, those rights apply.
