DeskPull automatically retrieves your own Amazon reports, on your schedule, and delivers them to your own computer as Excel, CSV, or raw files. Everything below is your data, from your Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts, retrieved read-only through Amazon's official APIs after you authorize DeskPull. Here is what each report gives you.
These are the analytical reports Amazon provides to sellers about their own products' performance. DeskPull retrieves them for your authorized account so they land in your folders on schedule, ready for the spreadsheets and reviews you already run.
Your sales, sessions, page views, units ordered, buy box percentage, and conversion (unit session percentage) by date and by product (ASIN). Sellers schedule this weekly or daily to track trends, spot conversion drops on specific products, and feed their trading reviews and Excel dashboards without logging in and exporting by hand.
For brand owners enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry: the search-funnel view of your own brand's products, query by query. Impressions, clicks, cart adds, and purchases for the search queries where your products appear, so you can see which queries drive your sales, track your share of the funnel over time, and prioritize listing and keyword work. DeskPull delivers it per product, on schedule, as a spreadsheet.
For Brand Registered sellers: Amazon's most popular search terms with search frequency rank and the top-clicked products for each term. Sellers use it for keyword research, demand tracking, and watching how search interest moves week to week.
Brand Analytics reports are available to sellers enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. DeskPull retrieves them only for your own authorized seller account.
Manage FBA Inventory (your current FBA stock positions), Restock Inventory (Amazon's restock recommendations, suggested order quantities, and reorder dates), and FBA Inventory (the consolidated inventory-health view: sales velocity over 7, 30, 60, and 90 days, inbound shipment states, aged and excess stock with estimated fees, and recommended actions).
All Listings and Active Listings: your full catalog as Amazon holds it, for audits, feeds, and catalog housekeeping.
All Orders (order-level detail by order date, without buyer personal information) and Returns by return date, for operations, reconciliation, and customer-experience tracking.
Payment Settlements (Amazon's statement of every charge, fee, and payout, generated by Amazon each settlement period) and FBA Reimbursements, for bookkeeping and accounting handoffs.
Campaign performance, search terms, targeting, advertised product, and purchased product reporting for Sponsored Products; campaign, search term, targeting, and purchased product reporting for Sponsored Brands (Brand Registry required); and campaign, advertised product, targeting, and matched target reporting for Sponsored Display. PPC teams schedule these into the same folders as their Seller Central reports, so bid, budget, and search-term work runs from files that are already there.
We add supported reports regularly, so check back here for the latest list. If there is an Amazon report you would like DeskPull to support, email us at support@deskpull.com and tell us which one; requests directly shape what we add next.
